Grinding Operator 2nd Shift

Carpenter Co. has an immediate opening for a Grinding Operator on 2nd shift [2:00pm - 10:00pm] at our Elkhart, Indiana foam manufacturing plant. This position is responsible for cutting open bales of trim & scrap foam, using a squeeze forklift to transport foam into a grinding hopper, operating the grinding equipment, and stacking trim bales in the storage area while meeting production and quality standards for the department.

The hourly pay rate for this position is $24.64 to $25.71. Plus there is an additional $2.00 per hour for working 2nd shift hours.
