1.Operations

1. To perform daily opening & closing procedure
2. To assist staff in cleaning and clearing up all work areas at all time
3. To look after all guest service areas and maintain it to the highest standard level
4. To check and follow up on the repair and maintenance of the spa
5. To ensure all equipment is in safe condition and in working order (AIWO)
6. To reports any observed or known safety hazards, conditions or unsafe practices to the Spa Manager and/ Supervisor immediately
7. Able to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situation 2.Administration
8. To update the Maintenance Log Book
9. To complete all assignments stated by deadlines with the spa manager or supervisor’s guidelines
10. To respond to the change as indicated by the company 3.Policy & Procedure
11. To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s policy and procedures
12. To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s policy related to fire, hygiene, health and safety
13. To report for duty punctually and wear the correct uniform with the name badge at all times
14. To carry out the other duties as assigned by the management team
15. To establish good relationship and rapport with guests and colleagues
