Follow up with internal approvers and vendors to resolve routine discrepancies and missing details.
- T&E Reports Verification Review employee Travel & Expense (T&E) reports against company travel policies. Check for valid receipts, correct coding, and proper managerial approval before processing. Communicate with employees to request missing documentation or clarify out-of-policy claims.
- Vendor Creation & Master Data Support Assist with vendor onboarding by collecting and reviewing new vendor request forms, banking details, and tax documentation. Support the maintenance of accurate vendor master data records in compliance with internal controls and validation rules across all four markets. Respond to basic vendor inquiries regarding invoice status and payment follow-ups.
- Team Support & Administration Assist with month-end accounts payable filing, statement reconciliations, and routine audit preparation. Support ad-hoc finance and accounting projects as requested by the Head of Accounting.
