Defense Litigation Law Firm seeks a Litigation Associate for their growing Charlotte, NC office, to representing national corporate clients and large self-insureds. 2-3 years of general liability experience to someone more senior. Ideally, the candidate would be willing to do both general liability and workers’ compensation, but we can be flexible on the WC portion Trial experience is highly desired but not required because you will get your chance to develop real trial skills.

Manage your own caseload from inception through resolution. Gain real, hands-on courtroom and trial experience. Take and defend depositions. Draft, file, and aggressively argue substantive motions. Experience representing individuals and businesses. Position is "In-office" so you have active mentorship and strategic collaboration with Firms Partners.
