Cleaner

Job Title: Cleaner Department: Cleaning and Front of House Location: THE CUBE, Canary Wharf Role Description Working in the clean team you are responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of the whole venue. You will work as part of a large team to ensure all customer areas are always spotless.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Providing extensive cleaning service to the whole venue. Regularly checking and cleaning toilet facilities. Glass collecting and clearing tables during opening hours. General housekeeping around the venue, including all surfaces, bins and customer areas. Ensure correct signage and Health and Safety measures are in place across the venue.

Carrying out intensive cleaning before and after opening hours. Learn and familiarise with the venue to direct customers. Other Duties and Responsibilities Ensure all training is completed in a timely manner. Proactively contribute to and suggest ways of improving company processes. Assisting in the onboarding of newer members of the team.

Skills Technical 1 year of Cleaning experience. Experience in a competitive socialising or hospitality venue. Experience working in high customer volume venues. Experience working in teams as well as independently. Personal Flexibility to work regular evenings and weekends. Positive, ‘Can do’ attitude, picking up any additional responsibilities to help the wider team.

A keen eye for detail, never compromising on standards and keen to deliver an amazing service. Ability to think on your feet and adapt. Excellent verbal and written English is required for this role.
