Automation Engineer

The Automation Engineer does a variety of tasks including research, development, and testing of all aspects of mechanical and electrical components, equipment, systems, controls, software, and machinery. The Automation Engineer applies knowledge of engineering to design, implement, and support products such as instruments, controls, and machines for the purpose of production, engineering, and project management support.

They will purchase, integrate, and improve hardware and software for custom applications. Other duties include leading the fabrication, installation, application, and technical support of such products.
