Bartlett Primary Assessment Center in Bartlett, Tennessee is a short‑term, trauma‑informed assessment facility serving youth in need of stabilization and behavioral evaluation. Youth typically remain in care for approximately 30 days , during which they receive structured intake, education, multidisciplinary assessment, and life skills programming. Small group settings support emotional safety, initial stabilization, and planning for an appropriate subsequent placement.
