Responsibilities
Poland Payroll (Core Responsibility)
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Poland;
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll execution;
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, including PIT, ZUS, PPK, and labor law requirements;
- Maintain payroll data and documentation in line with audit standards;
- Work closely with HR and Finance to resolve payroll-related queries;
- Operate payroll processes using Optima system. Czech Payroll (Vendor Coordination)
- Act as the main point of contact for the external payroll vendor in the Czech Republic;
- Support payroll input collection, validation, and submission;
- Review payroll outputs and ensure accuracy and completeness;
- Communicate with vendor on payroll topics (Czech language skills are a strong plus);
- Support issue resolution and escalation when needed. Must-have
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Poland payroll experience
- Good command of Polish and English (both written and spoken)
- Solid understanding of Poland payroll regulations (PIT, ZUS, etc.)
- Experience working with payroll systems (experience with Optima is required) Nice to have
- Experience working with external payroll vendors
- Exposure to CEE / multi-country payroll environments What We Offer
