• Operations. This position will provide oversight to non clinical ancillaries (Operations and Facilities). We are seeking a leader who will build ownership and lead process improvement for sustainable value-added services.

Education

Masters Level Degree

• (Required) Certifications Certified Healthcare Operations Professional (CHOP)
• Basic or Advanced
• (Preferred) Experience - 5 years minimum of related experience
• (Required) Seeking candidates who will have experience in an acute care, inpatient hospital setting overseeing one or more of the following: Security Food services Bio med (ventilators, respiratory care) Engineering Supply Chain Guest/volunteer services Facilities/plant operations support Environmental services Capital building projects Medical Office Building (MOB) space development planning Large construction project experience We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $146,702.40 - $228,966.40 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
