Senior Manager Data & AI

Code 81 is established in 2023, CODE81 operates autonomously from within the Technology Cluster of Ghobash Group as a highly agile services driven organization, committed to enabling future thinkers. Lead and manage end-to-end data and AI projects , ensuring alignment with business objectives. Oversee data collection, processing, modeling, and AI-driven insights to support decision-making.

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business workflows. Act as a primary point of contact for customers, understanding their data needs and challenges. Present AI and data-driven solutions to clients, translating technical concepts into business value.

Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement. Work on business development opportunities by identifying potential clients and markets for AI and data solutions. Support pre-sales efforts , including solution design, proposal development, and technical presentations. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create AI-driven offerings and strategies .

Stay updated with the latest AI, machine learning, and data analytics trends to drive innovation. Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance data capabilities. Train and mentor teams on best practices in data management and AI integration . 7+ years of experience in data management, AI solutions, or a related field .

Strong expertise in handling data projects, AI-driven solutions, and business intelligence . Experience in customer-facing roles, pre-sales, and business development . Hands-on experience with data analytics, machine learning models, and cloud platforms . Proficiency in SQL, Python, AI frameworks, and data visualization tools .

Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, etc.) is a plus. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field .
