Marketing Coordinator
Job description
Essential Duties/Responsibilities: We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This individual will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple markets. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with radio station partners, internal stakeholders, and vendors to help drive brand awareness, lead generation, community engagement, and campaign performance.
The ideal candidate is creative and detail-oriented marketing professional with experience in promotional marketing, media, advertising, digital marketing, or event coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a passion for developing impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across traditional, digital, social media, and community channels. Support relationships with radio station partners, media vendors, and promotional contacts to ensure successful campaign execution. Coordinate marketing promotions, contests, sponsorships, and events across on-air, online, and on-site platforms.
Help develop promotional materials, campaign messaging, contest rules, and amplification strategies. Monitor and track campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives, business objectives, and community outreach programs. Assist with planning, organizing, and executing marketing and community events, including occasional on-site support.
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communications to ensure campaigns remain on schedule. Support social media and digital marketing efforts through content coordination and campaign execution. Maintain marketing calendars, promotional documentation, and campaign records. Other duties assigned. Experience Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in marketing, advertising, media, promotions, public relations, or a related field.
Experience supporting promotional marketing campaigns, events, sponsorships, or media partnerships preferred. Radio, television, agency, or digital marketing experience is a plus but not required. Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and campaign reporting. Experience coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Physical Requirements: Office environment with normal business hours necessary to satisfactorily perform job functions. Stationary Position

- This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, office machinery, etc. May occasionally ascends/descends the stairs to get to other floors, cafeteria and parking area. Dexterity
