Community Lending Officer

The Community Lending Officer will establish and maintain relationships with community-based organizations, realtors, and governmental agencies which result in lending opportunities for the bank to ensure full compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act. The candidate will sell and originate residential mortgage loans to a predetermined sales goal focused in CRA assessment area needs.

The candidate will identify and meet with prospects, explain various mortgage products available, determine best alternatives together with prospects and finalize sales. This position will support the WWA WTB Bank footprint.
