Job Title: Call Center Representative Job Location: Novato Oral Surgery & Implantology, Novato, CA Job Type: Fulltime Summary: Are you looking for a company that you can call home and have opportunities to grow? The ideal candidate will have excellent phone etiquette, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to speak clearly.

They should also be computer literate and able to answer multiple phone lines while maintaining a professional demeanor. Responsibilities

Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual. Providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families. Scheduling appointments and confirming patient information. Maintaining accurate records of all calls and appointments. Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Computer literate and able to navigate various software programs. Ability to answer multiple phone lines in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor and appearance. Reliable with excellent attendance.

Must be able to sit up to 80% of the time. Physical requirements include sitting, stooping, and standing for extended periods of time.
