Physical Therapist
Job description
The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for performing an age and diagnosis specific assessment designed to gather data relevant to the patient’s/residents/client’s individual needs. This includes the evaluation and assessment of cognitive, sensory, neuromuscular, physiological, psychosocial, and functional status.
