- Responsible for EM magnet, mechanic, concept study, requirement analysis and SOR development.
- Responsible for EM mech. structure design related to EM system including EM housing, A/B shield plate, interface to eAxle reducer.
- Responsible for the EM cooling system design
- Responsible for 2D , 3D drawings and process related development.
- Responsible for mechanic. simulation(FEA)
- Prepare related products FMEA , Focus matrix
- Responsible for technical review and communication with customers and suppliers;
- Support quality department to solve outsourcing quality problems and customer quality issues;
- Master degree or above in Mechanic design/Electronics/Electrical, etc.
- Experience in power electronics mech. development for automotive motor controller
- Knowledge on electronics, electrical, mechanics, auto-control
- Basic understanding of automotive components and control system
- Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit
- English written and verbal
- Willingness to work and interact in international teams
