Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Management Win and onboard new wellbeing affiliate partners by pitching compelling value propositions to decision-makers. Nurture and grow existing partnerships through reviews, optimisations, and new collaboration opportunities. Position the client as a trusted, long-term partner within each partner’s marketing mix.
Campaign & Platform Execution Negotiate and manage partner placements across quarterly campaigns to drive member engagement and results. Influence the structure and opportunities in the client's placement campaigns alongside Marketing Manage partner platform onboardings, offer adjustments, and ensure partner collateral on platform is high quality and up to date.
Product, Growth & Data Collaborate with Marketing and Product to test and launch new features, placements, and engagement tools that grow partner and member engagement. Develop and deliver timely reporting for insights and decision making for internal and external stakeholders. Support upcoming database/systems transitions to ensure scalability.
Act as the voice of partners in shaping the client's growth.
Requirements
2–5 years in partnerships, business development, or account management (affiliate, loyalty, or media background ideal). Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or related fields Track record in both sales (prospecting, pitching, closing) and/or account management (optimisations, relationship growth). Campaign management experience: planning, executing, and reporting.
Builder’s mentality—excited to create playbooks and processes. Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong time management, prioritisation and adaptability skills. Strong commercial mindset, balancing partner success and member engagement.
