Maintenance Technician

About the role

Reporting to the Site Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for handling day-to-day maintenance requests across residential properties, supporting tenant needs, and ensuring buildings are well maintained. This role involves a mix of reactive repairs and preventative maintenance, along with regular communication with tenants, team members, and contractors.

The position plays a key role in delivering a positive tenant experience and maintaining the overall condition of the property portfolio.
