Location: Delhi, California (95315) Start Date: ASAP Rate: $20.83 per hour

We are seeking a reliable caregiver to support a male client who will be discharged from rehab next weekand requires immediate assistance at home in Delhi, California (95315). The client is currently at Turlock, CA Rehab** and will need consistent non-medical support as he transitions back home.

Client Needs:**

• Diabetic; unable to lift himself independently**
• Recently had hernia surgery**
• Ambulates with a walker**
• Can toilet independently but needs assistance standing up**
• Needs help with showers and restroom assistance**
• Shower chair** available

Schedule Options (Flexible):**

• Choose one preferred set:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday**

• Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday**

• Morning shift: 2–3 hours**

• Evening shifts also acceptable (flexible based on caregiver availability)
