Case Manager, Vancouver (Permanent, Full-Time)

The Case Manager is responsible for the women in the Sanctuary Stabilization program from intake to discharge. This position makes the first contact with those who have been referred to the Sanctuary and conducts interviews; provide tours; introduce new participants to the Program; update ShareVision; assist with intake/discharge tasks and orientation.

Due to the nature of the participants, we serve, only female candidates will be considered for this position

This is a permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) position. The starting range for this position is $28.96 to $31.64 per hour.
