Full/Part-Time Counselor - Halifax, Nova Scotia

Green Leaf Psychological Services is seeking a personable, skilled Registered Counsellor to join our established private practice clinic in Halifax, Nova Scotia with full-time and part-time opportunities. This position offers flexible working hours, generous compensation, health benefits, and a full clinical caseload on day one , without the stress of running your own practice or being limited to a 9-5 traditional position.

Our newly renovated, fully furnished offices are bright, modern, and located in a professional building in the heart of Halifax, surrounded by physicians, dentists, pharmacies, yoga studios, and other complementary services. We receive a very high volume of referrals from Halifax, Bedford, and Dartmouth, and are currently unable to meet demand.

Successful candidates join with a full caseload ready immediately, or whenever you choose to take this on. Compensation

Estimated annual earnings: $130,000 - $140,000. Above-market compensation with most counsellors exceeding $130,000 in their very first year.

Qualifications

Masters or Doctoral degree in Counselling or Psychology. Registered with The Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists. Experience providing treatment and intervention services for adults, and/or couples, and/or teens. Interest in working in a supportive, private practice environment.
