We create a community where campers and staff thrive. We are seeking a Camp Director who can lead with vision, energy, and a commitment to excellence.Key Responsibilities. Leadership & Strategy – Develop and execute a vision for camp that reflects our values; work with ownership to set goals for growth and program innovation.
Operations Management – Oversee daily camp operations; supervise and mentor staff; ensure programs meet the highest safety and quality standards.Camper & Family Engagement – Build strong relationships with campers, parents, and alumni; ensure excellent customer service and communication.Staff Recruitment & Development – Lead the hiring, training, and evaluation of seasonal and year-round staff; foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
Program Development – Maintain and enhance activity offerings to provide a diverse and enriching experience for campers.Facilities Oversight – Oversee the maintenance team to ensure facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained.Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree preferred.Minimum 5–7 years of leadership experience in camp, youth programs, or hospitality.
Proven ability to manage large seasonal teams and complex operations.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Passion for working with children and creating a fun, safe, and inclusive environment.Compensation & Benefits.
