We are seeking an experienced and analytically-minded Product Manager SAP to join our organization in Wrocław, Poland. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our SAP-based product solutions.

You will work cross-functionally with development teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to deliver innovative solutions that optimize business processes and drive organizational value. This position requires a decisive professional with deep SAP expertise and a proven track record of managing complex enterprise software products.

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market demands Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments to inform product development priorities Collaborate with development, quality assurance, and implementation teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features and enhancements Conduct detailed analysis of SAP modules and business processes to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement Manage product lifecycle from conception through launch, including market research, competitive analysis, and performance metrics Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams, translating complex business needs into actionable product specifications Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics to assess success and inform data-driven decision-making Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance user adoption, training, and change management for SAP implementations Evaluate emerging technologies and industry best practices to maintain competitive advantage Prepare and present product updates, business cases, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Minimum 5 years of product management experience in enterprise software or SaaS environments Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP systems and modules (such as MM, SD, FI/CO, HR, or PM) Demonstrated expertise in business process analysis and optimization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex data sets Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in EnglishPreferred Qualifications: SAP certification or specialized SAP training Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) best practices and implementation strategies Background in financial acumen and business metrics analysis Experience leading digital transformation initiatives Familiarity with product management software and analytics platforms Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field
