Civil Engineering Project Manager (PE), Land Development

Halff is seeking a Professional Civil Engineer (PE) to join our expanding Land Development team as a Project Manager out of our Houston, TX office location. In this role, you will lead and manage land development projects, delivering light industrial, office/warehouse and commercial developments, as well as community parks and sports field complexes.

The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of experience in land development engineering. You are a technically strong, solutions‑oriented professional who thrives on helping communities and developing cost‑effective, maintainable, and sustainable designs for municipalities, government agencies, and private developers.
