Responsibilities

Ensure equipment is used properly and safely and intervene when necessary. Assist members : Answer questions about equipment, classes, or general fitness guidance. Maintain cleanliness : Wipe down machines, organize weights, and report any maintenance issues. Enforce rules : Monitor behavior to ensure safety and respect among members.

Lead or support activities : Sometimes help with group classes, orientations, or special events too. Skills & Traits Strong communication and customer service Basic fitness knowledge Ability to stay alert and proactive Team-oriented mindset CPR or first aid certification (often required)
