Research Scientist

The Research Scientist will conduct hands-on research in inorganic particle selection, surface functionalization, dispersion, and particle-matrix interface engineering for advanced material systems. The role will apply organic and polymer chemistry to design and develop surface-modification methods; will source and evaluate particles with varied composition, size, shape, morphology, and surface characteristics; and establish critical chemical/material parameters that correlate with processing, functional performance, and reliability.

The ideal candidate combines strong organic or polymer chemistry fundamentals with practical surface science, experimental rigor, creative problem solving, and the ability to translate successful concepts into reproducible material and process specifications.
