Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened its legacy office in April 2013 and expanded with our MOA office in November 2019, growing into a collaborative, people first team. Before becoming an agent, I spent 12 years in IT marketing, but my passion for helping others, especially with financial planning, led me into agency life.

I hold two Bachelor’s degrees and two Master’s degrees, and I am a proud parent of a 20 year old son studying Statistics and Mathematics at the University of Michigan. Outside of work, I enjoy volleyball, pickleball, and yoga, and I stay active in the community through cultural associations and contributions to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Arabic preferred.

COMPENSATION

• Base salary of 31-42k depending on experience
• Expected annual earnings of 40-60k after bonuses and commission
