Hatchery - Quality Assurance - Grade 4

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Candeling and residue break out to determine hatch opportunities. Weighing and tracking eggs to determine moisture loss. Chick quality assessments w/ vaccine takes Completing processing quality assessment (holding temps, washer temps and pH, injury assessment) Record vital information (chiller temps & pressure, processing run times) Prepull chick assessment Periodic pretransfer evaluation Audit vaccine and AW docs Complete egg pack evaluation Special projects as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position will not have supervisory responsibility.

EDUCATION
