Billing & Dispatch Clerk

Description Eagle Systems Inc is seeking an addition to our team who posses strong communication skills and enjoys a fast paced environment. This position involves dispatching and support opportunities for our intermodal drayage trucking operations in the Pooler/Savannah, GA market.

Responsibilities Include

Order entry Scan driver paperwork, file driver paperwork according to date ranges Ensure all equipment is compliant with a focus on all safety areas and supporting paperwork Work closely with dispatcher scheduling appointments Work to collect customer orders and process billing and purchase transportation Monitoring system for proper updates from drivers and confirming that proper paperwork has been uploaded Interact with multiple customers daily-written and verbal Requirements Dependable, motivated & detail oriented Must have strong customer service and organizational skills Strong organizational follow-up and interpersonal/communication skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong technology/computer skills Ability to multitask and operate in high stress environments Ability to work independently and demonstrate problem-solving skills Willingness to work with others, excel in a team environment Willing to take on new tasks and opportunities as they arise Self-starter, able to execute duties with minimum supervision Knowledge of ports and railroads Hours: Monday – Friday, based in office Compensation: Dependent upon experience We offer a comprehensive benefits package for all full-time employees which offers Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription, Employer Paid Life Insurance, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation and Paid Sick Time.
