Aufgaben

1. Requirement Analysis: Gather and translate business needs into clear technical specifications and solutions. 需求分析：蒐集並轉化業務需求，形成清楚的技術規格與解決方案。
2. Process Optimization: Identify improvement opportunities and apply technology solutions aligned with business goals. 流程優化：辨識流程改善機會，並應用符合業務目標的技術解決方案。
3. Feasibility & Implementation: Evaluate feasibility and support implementation to deliver business value. 可行性評估與導入：評估方案可行性並支援導入，以創造業務價值。
4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with IT teams and business units to ensure project success. 跨部門協作：與 IT 團隊及業務單位合作，確保專案順利推動與成功完成。
5. Document Preparation: Including specification documents, presentation materials, meeting records, company announcements, and video demonstrations. 文件製作： 負責規格文件、簡報資料、會議紀錄、公司公告及影音展示內容製作。
6. Continuous Learning & AI Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies, especially AI and data solutions, and proactively propose innovative ideas and improvement initiatives that can create business impact. 持續學習與 AI 創新：持續學習新興科技，特別是 AI 與數據相關技術，並主動提出創新構想及改善方案，以創造實際業務價值。 Qualifikationen Six-month internship; minimum 3 days per week. Please state your available start date in your resume. 六個月實習期間；每週至少三天。請於履歷中註明可開始實習的日期。 Valid Taiwan work permit required. 須具備有效的台灣工作許可。
7. Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business, or related fields; advanced degree preferred. 具備資訊管理、資訊工程、商業或相關領域之學士學位；具研究所以上學位者尤佳。
8. Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese. 具備流利的中英文書寫與口語溝通能力。
9. Familiar with digital tools such as M365, Power Platform, and other AI products. 熟悉 M365、Power Platform 及其他 AI 產品等數位工具。
10. Support the adoption and promotion of Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and AI Agents across business units and end-user communities. 協助各業務單位推廣及導入 Microsoft Copilot、Power Platform 與 AI Agent 解決方案，提升使用者的數位化與 AI 應用能力。
11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 具備良好的溝通與人際互動能力。
12. Responsible, proactive, quick learner, and team oriented. 具責任感、主動積極、學習能力佳，並重視團隊合作。
