Star Harbor Hospital is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to join our Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) . This is an exceptional opportunity to provide advanced, compassionate care to premature and medically complex newborns in a highly specialized environment. Our Level III NICU delivers comprehensive care for high-risk infants requiring advanced respiratory support, complex medication management, and continuous monitoring. As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering evidence-based, family-centered care while collaborating with neonatologists, advanced practice providers, respiratory therapists, and an interdisciplinary neonatal team. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans.
