Overview

The Executive Successor – Parts & Accessories Sales lead the overseas parts & accessories business by driving sales growth, expanding international distribution channels, optimizing inventory management, and strengthening customer and partner relationships across global markets.

Job responsibilities

Allocate and manage sales targets in each market. Research expansion of sales channels/partners. Develop cooperation and incentives with e-commerce partners. Calculate the ordering demand for accessories for the markets. Process Distributor/Dealer orders and coordinate the delivery of accessories to market warehouses. Manage accessory inventory.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields. Strong experience in overseas sales, channel development, and distributor management. Proven track record in market expansion and achieving sales targets. Strong negotiation, business development, and relationship management skills. Good analytical and communication skills.
