Creating reports and delivering key project insights to the team Conducting research using the following techniques: user testing, in-depth interviews (IDIs), occasionally focus group interviews – FGIs, tree testing, and card sorting Preparing and facilitating workshops with clients and internal teams Synthesize and communicate findings to inspire the design and product decisions and create visibility across departments Create personas, user journey maps, and blueprints as outputs of the research you conducted Collaborate with other researchers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (designers, strategists, developers, data analysts) What you’ll bring to the team Professional mastery in quantitative and qualitative research methods Familiarity with tools like Dovetail, They.
