Division Sales Director
Job description
Results-driven professional responsible for leading all sales activities within the sales division, directly and through assigned team members. Understands market dynamics, customer needs, competitors, products, and services within the business unit’s scope, translating this knowledge into strategic plans that drive profitable growth aligned with company objectives.
Directly supervise the Business Development Managers, Retail Manager(s), and Sales Manager(s) of the sales division, coaching and guiding the team in executing growth strategies.
