Summary Under the general supervision of a physician or designated supervisor, this position is a key member of the team that provides optimal healthcare to our patients.# The position is responsible for scheduling patient appointments, receiving telephone calls and greeting visitors in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner and will float between the Oxford Drive, Dunlap and Waterdam locations.

# Minimum Qualifications Must meet one of the following: High school graduate or equivalent. Two years of experience in a physician practice setting in a front office position or equivalent role. Fundamental understanding of personal computers and familiarity with the Windows operating system. # Preferred Qualifications Experience in a medical office.

Knowledge of the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
