Social Media Operations Manager

The Social Media Operations Manager is a senior operations leader within the Cardone Ventures organic social department. This role owns the systems, pipeline, and people infrastructure that drive content output across all three brand pillars; Brandon Dawson, Natalie Dawson, and Cardone Ventures. Reporting to the Director of Social Media, this person directly leads the Social Media Manager team, holds approval authority on content across all brands, and serves as the operational point of contact for live events and cross-functional project management.

This is a role for someone who thinks in systems, leads with accountability, and takes personal ownership of team-wide output quality.
