What You’ll Do: As the right hand to the Branch Manager, you’ll lead with heart and hustle—driving service excellence, team performance, and business growth.

Lead with Purpose: Inspire and coach a team of talented Associates to deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships. Make Smart Decisions: Use data, NPS feedback, and financial reports to guide branch strategy and profitability. Stay Compliant & Secure: Ensure branch operations meet regulatory standards and maintain a safe, secure environment. What You Bring: 3+ years of sales/customer service experience in a banking/credit union institution's branch PLUS at least 2 years as a supervisor having direct reports and managing the performance of others (operations, compliance, & sales).
