Inbound - Put Away Supervisor

The Put Away / Stocking Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily put away and stocking operations within Cavender’s Wilmer distribution facility, ensuring inbound merchandise moves quickly and accurately from receiving into the correct pick and reserve locations. This role supports the Inbound Manager by leading the put away and stocking team, maintaining location accuracy and put away pace standards, and ensuring every unit is stocked complete, accurate, and ready to pick.

The Put Away / Stocking Supervisor plays a key role in training and developing put away associates, enforcing location and put away accuracy standards, and ensuring strong alignment between receiving and put away so product never backs up on the dock.
