We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our vital centres. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will inspire and guide your management team to cultivate a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for our residents. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to make a profound impact, ensuring the highest standards of care delivery and operational excellence are consistently met.

You will be responsible for the safe operation of the centre and all decisions made in respect of care and management.

Key responsibilities include

implementing comprehensive Programmes of Care, leading professional supervision and team meetings, and managing centre resources and personnel. You will oversee the arrangement of rosters to ensure appropriate skill mixes and identify training needs through bi-annual analysis. Additionally, you will maintain the Centre Risk Register and ensure the facility is always prepared for regulatory audits.
