Aftermarket Solutions Specialist, OHT

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Aftermarket Solutions Specialist, OHT is responsible for driving growth and customer engagement within Western States’ on-highway truck product support business. This role promotes and supports the sale of parts, service, customer value agreements, and other product support solutions while serving as a key liaison between customers, TEPS dealers, and internal teams. The specialist evaluates customer needs, develops and supports product support programs, assists with pricing and sales strategies, and identifies opportunities to expand market coverage and revenue.
