Sales Support Representative

Role Summary

The Sales Support Representative (SSR) is the primary point of contact for the customer and collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and other departments to respond to customer inquiries. The position works with the Sales leadership team in driving key initiatives and helping the Flowserve to achieve its goals and maximize sales bookings and opportunity pipelines.

The SSR will use data as a strategic asset to provide decision support, accurate planning of sales quota forecasting, and sales productivity reporting and efficiency analysis.

Your role

Preparing price quotes for pump spare parts and ensuring their timely dispatch Checking business terms and conditions and documentation in SAP and ensuring compliance with legal requirements Verifying customer orders and ensuring their fulfillment Acting as the main contact for customers and the sales team in the area of pump spare parts Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of pump applications and types, a clear understanding of parts, programs, and processes to best drive solutions Open quotation follow up

• RPSO PBP (Parts Business Partner) Connect with Customer in coordination with Sales Engineer; if required, grant the support (in presence or remote) during the negotiation process Proactively recommend upselling, eventually involving the technical team for alternatives or complementary products Special Focus on transactional business, cradle to grave service, with the aim to increase conversion rate and customer experience Preferred Experience / Skills: BS or BA Degree in relevant field and / or 1-2 years relevant experience Experience with customer relationship management in the power generation and utility industries Experience in pricing, contract review and ERP administration Industry experience related to pumps/rotating equipment Experience in Sales Force What we offer you: Flexible hybrid working model Cafeteria Package Career development and training opportunities Friendly multicultural environment and team events Life, accident and health insurance
