Position Responsibilities: Serve as the primary technology support resource for assigned RCCB locations, ensuring reliable technology operations and end-user support Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, wireless, mobile, and workplace technology issues Support site projects, facility upgrades, automation initiatives, and technology deployments Manage technology assets and hardware lifecycle activities, including deployment, refresh, inventory, and replacement Partner with local operations, IT teams, and vendors to maintain technology performance and drive issue resolution Document support activities, identify recurring issues, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts Ability to travel up to 40% within the assigned territory and participate in an on-call rotation supporting critical business operations Other projects or duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline with 1 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience Experience supporting end-user devices, Microsoft 365, and business applications across Windows, Android, and iOS platforms Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including LAN/WAN and wireless technologies Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, beverage, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) operations Experience with warehouse technologies, endpoint management, mobile device management, and workplace technology solutions Experience with Service.
