Groundskeeper / Maintenance Support Marina Walk/Marina Club Apartments – St. Petersburg, FL Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience Schedule: Will include mornings and occasional weekends Marina Walk/Marina Club Apartments is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Groundskeeper to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall curb appeal of our waterfront apartment community in St.

Petersburg, FL.

Job Responsibilities

Pick up and maintain clean grounds throughout the property. Straighten and clean outdoor furniture and common areas. Move trash and bulk items to the curb on designated collection days. Maintain and restock puppy stations (waste bags, trash removal) Trim plants, shrubs, and light landscaping as needed. Perform minor maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, basic repairs, reporting larger issues) Assist maintenance staff as needed to ensure the property remains safe and well-kept.

Qualifications

Prior groundskeeping or maintenance experience required. Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions. Physically able to lift, bend, walk, and stand for extended periods. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Basic knowledge of hand tools and minor maintenance tasks is a plus. Positive attitude and pride in keeping the community clean and welcoming.
