Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field 2+ years of experience in quality control or a related field Strong knowledge of quality control processes and techniques Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Quality Control or a related field Experience in the Durable Goods Manufacturing industry Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality Conduct regular inspections of products to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement solutions Maintain accurate records of quality control processes and results Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure that our products comply with all relevant standards Skills: As a Quality Specialist, you will use your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement in our products and implement solutions to enhance their quality.
