Job Title: HR Intern Duration 3 to 6 Month Internship Work From Office Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team across Recruitment and HR Operations.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR activities. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

HR Recruitment Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers. Conduct initial HR screening calls. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Support in preparing offer letters and coordinating the onboarding process. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. HR Operations Assist with employee onboarding and documentation. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Support attendance, leave, and employee data management.

Prepare HR letters, reports, and other documentation as required. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information. Support other day-to-day HR administrative activities. Eligibility Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong interest in Human Resources and talent acquisition. Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, or Indeed. Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
