Truck Driver

LL Pelling is looking for local Class A or B CDL truck drivers to haul asphalt and rock with a manual transmission dump truck. This is a seasonal position that typically works from April to November each year. Drivers may work days or nights, depending on the project, and more than 50 hours each week.

Responsibilities

Drive a manual transmission dump truck or mini-flow into construction job sites, rock quarries, and asphalt plants. Load and unload materials which may include asphalt, rock, and millings. Tarp loads using a hand crank. Scrape and clean the end of the box from asphalt after every load. Keep truck in clean and orderly condition.
