Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably supporting multi-unit retail or restaurant operations Experience managing employee relations and workplace investigations Knowledge of labor and employment laws affecting restaurant environments Experience working with HRIS and workforce management systems Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams; ability to analyze data, create reports, and develop presentations Key Competencies Employee Relations Conflict Resolution Investigations Coaching & Influencing Operational Partnership Workforce Planning Compliance Management Communication & Relationship Building Execution & Follow Through Benefits (includes, but not limited to): Competitive annual salary Medical, dental, vision, RX (for employees and family) Paid Time Off Laptop Cell phone reimbursement Annual performance review with potential merit increase Tuition Reimbursement
