Job Summary

Classified Substitutes are on call as needed basis day to day for short or long term assignments (not permanent positions). The assignment is to cover for pupil supervisors at the elementary schools. Example of a work schedule: 7:30-8:10,9:30-10:25,11:00-12:45,1:10-1:55 | Wed: 7:30-8:10, 9:30-10:25, 11:00-12:45 =4.03 hrs/day avg Other Classified position as needed (please review the salary schedule attached) Classified Substitutes are paid at step one of the assignment based on the salary schedule Applications are processed in the order they are received, applications are processed monthly as needed, and may take up to 3 - 4 weeks from the date of the application submission to process depending on the number of applications received Requirements / Qualifications * TB Test Clearance or TB Questionnaire may be provided upon hire (if not attached to the application) * High School Diploma/GED must be provided upon hire, (if not attached to the application) * Resume (Must be in Word of PDF format) * Letter of Introduction (Must be in Word of PDF format) Attachments must be in Word of PDF format Incomplete applications will not be considered Letter of Introduction (On your letter indicate what assignment you are interested in subbing for) Letter(s) of Recommendation Proof of HS Graduation (High School Diploma/GED ) Resume TB Screening Result (TB Skin Test or TB Questionnaire , Anything within the last 4years) Comments and Other Information Classified Substitutes are on call as needed basis day to day for short or long term assignments (not permanent positions).
