Production Coordinator - Weld (1st shift or 2nd shift 4/10's)

As the Welding Production Coordinator, you will oversee the workflow, quality, and efficiency of welding operations.

Your responsibilities

include interpreting blueprints, coordinating material preparation, and ensuring welders have the information and resources needed to complete projects accurately and on schedule. Strong knowledge of GMAW and FCAW processes, as well as grinding, drilling, cutting, and plasma metal removal techniques is essential to guide and support the team.

Attention to detail is critical, as you will be responsible for monitoring weld quality and ensuring all finished products meet safety and structural standards.
