Community Manager

Havenpark Communities was founded on the mission of creating caring communities for both our residents and employees. Havenpark has a portfolio of 100+ communities and more than 30,000 homesites across the U.S. We are experiencing intentional, rapid growth by continuously acquiring communities. At Havenpark Communities, our mission is to make caring communities attainable for responsible residents across America.

We acquire, improve, and operate manufactured home communities. You may be asking yourself - what makes us different? It is our culture. Our unique culture is fun, rewarding, and inclusive of all. Our five core values guide our everyday behavior: Respect, Grit, Collaboration, Stewardship, and Boldness. Run a community like it's yours This role is closer to running a small business than to managing a property.

You will lead a small on-site team and run the full operation of a community of 274 homes: the budget, collections, leasing and occupancy, vendor relationships, and the daily experience of the families who live there. You will have real decision-making authority; you will own the results, and you can tell how you are doing just by driving through the community.

Havenpark Communities owns and operates more than 100 manufactured home communities and 30,000+ homesites across the United States. Our mission is to make caring communities attainable for responsible residents, and no role matters more to that mission than the Community Manager. Our values are Respect, Grit, Collaboration, Stewardship, and Boldness, and no role in the company puts them to work more than this one.
