Lead Process Engineer

Your future role on our team Our Mining and Geology team is seeking a Lead Mineral Processing Engineer to contribute to every mining project phase, from prefeasibility studies to commissioning. Members of our multidisciplinary team pool their expertise, carry out high-tech process simulations and determine the equipment, tools and processes needed.

An overview of your mandates and responsibilities Work respectfully and collaboratively with a team of skilled engineers, designers and project support staff Lead and manage a variety of cross-discipline teams to ensure cost effective, safe and timely completion of projects that meet or exceed client expectations Lead, review and approve process plant material balance, process design criteria, PFDs, P IDs, plant layouts, technical specifications and technical evaluations Prepare operating cost evaluations Liaise with clients on a technical level and present reports, trade-off studies, publications and presentations in a professional manner Create and review proposals Train and share experiences with younger engineers Participate in business development and corporate growth
